Led by BBQ experts Andrew Dickens and Joseph Nesbitt-Larking, and sponsored by La Española, these live sessions were packed with top tips, clever techniques and bold ideas to help master the BBQ all year round.

From perfectly cooked, melt-in-the-mouth steaks to unexpectedly brilliant desserts, the BBQ Academy showcased BBQ without limits.

There were live demonstrations, insider know-how and plenty of tasters along the way. Whether a confident grill master or just getting started, visitors left inspired, informed – and very well fed.
