Terms & Conditions for Tipsy Workshops

• A complimentary drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic alternative) is offered to registered to registered workshop participants at Ideal Home Show. 
• All workshop participants must be over 18 years old in order to take part.
• All participants are encouraged to drink responsibly. 
• The provision of complimentary drinks is carried out in compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, which governs the supply of alcohol in England and Wales. 
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse service if participants are unable to provide valid ID or are considered to be intoxicated. 
• You are participating voluntarily in the creative activities, and are fully responsible for your own safety throughout the sessions. 
• The organisers of the Ideal Home Show, the workshop host/tutor accept no liability for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after the workshop. 
• You understand that the use of tools, equipment, edible materials, and crafting supplies carry inherent risks, and you agree to handle all items with care and follow any safety guidance provided. 
• You accept full responsibility for any damage to your personal property or belongings during the sessions.
