The Social Spot, sponsored by Cox & Cox was the dining room of the Show Home – a space designed for relaxed living and easy connection.
Warm wood tones, soft lighting, and understated styling came together to create an atmosphere that felt both inviting and effortlessly put together.
From everyday meals to hosting friends, it was a setting that celebrated togetherness – where good food and great company took centre stage.

The dining room was brought to life with the Montilla Herringbone Ringo luxury vinyl tiles from Tapi, combining timeless design with modern performance. Featuring elegant greige oak tones and a beautifully textured finish, it captured the authentic look of real wood while offering the durability and resilience of LVT. Perfect for busy households, it was scratch-resistant, easy to maintain, and designed to withstand everyday life – creating a stylish, hardwearing foundation for entertaining and family dining alike.
