Wayne Perrey is a DIY expert, who aims to empower his audience to pick up the tools by answering questions in his weekly column in The Sunday Times Home section. Wayne, widely known as the TV carpenter, is a presenter and DIY expert on both BBC's Morning Live and ITV's "Love Your Weekend" with Alan Titchmarsh, as well as the host of The TV Carpenter podcast, with over 110 episodes to date. Wayne is one of the only professional carpenters to work on both garden and interior design makeover shows, such as the current hit BBC's "Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr", "Garden Rescue", and ITV's "Love Your Garden". He is also a regular contributor at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and London's Ideal Home Show.
