Her passion lies in empowering people to transform their homes with confidence, seamlessly blending practical functionality with personal style. 

Johanna launched her own property development business at 23, leveraging estate value through end-to-end project management between clients, architects, and contractors. The technical project and natural functionality of the property provided dual value to the impactful end design. 

Johanna spent 15 years living and working in Europe, focusing on the foundation of all great interiors: flooring. In 2014, Johanna returned to the UK and, along with a handful of other flooring specialists, she became a member of the founding team of Tapi Carpets & Floors, where she led the brand DNA, Marketing and Communications. Since then, Tapi has grown to become the nation's most trusted flooring retailer. 

Johanna is a regular contributor to national media, sharing expert insights on colour theory, eco-conscious decorating, and creating warm, inviting spaces that support modern living.
