Dental Hygienist & Dental Therapist
Miranda has worked in general practice for many years, both as a dental nurse, and now as a dental hygienist and dental therapist. She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009.
She is the dental hygiene and therapy representative on the Council of the College of General Dentistry; Honorary Ambassador for the Mouth Cancer Foundation; Treasurer of the International Federation of Dental Hygienists; and Immediate Past President of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
Miranda is part of the planning team for the BDIA dental showcase and is on the Editorial Board for the Aesthetic Update Journal.
Miranda enjoys working in general dental practice and as a Tutor Assessor for Apprentice Oral Health Practitioners. More recently, Miranda has taken on the role of Dental Care Professional advisor for the Dental Defence Union.
