Head of Clinical Behaviour Support & Development, Dogs Trust
Kris is a CCAB-accredited Clinical Animal Behaviourist with over 20 years’ experience in the behaviour industry and currently Head of Clinical Behaviour Support and Development at Dogs Trust. She leads the strategic delivery of welfare-led behaviour support across the organisation, overseeing complex casework, clinical standards and the three Development teams: AT, ABT, and CAB Development, ensuring role progression and high-quality support. Kris works closely with Rehoming Centre Behaviour teams, Behaviour Community Services, Veterinary teams and senior leaders to support joined-up decision-making where behavioural and medical needs intersect.
