Joseph Nesbitt-Larking
Joseph Nesbitt-Larking is something of a modern renaissance man. A musician & composer by trade, he is a professional chef, event host, writer, voice actor & tutor specialising in live-fire food from around the world. Having honed his culinary craft co-running Riverside Barbecue School – the UK’s biggest & first purpose-built barbecue school – with Andrew Dickens, he left his native England in early 2024 & now runs the lunch service at the Michelin-starred Hegel Eins in Stuttgart, Germany.
As gratifying as the kitchen may be, Joseph’s penchant for performance will never allow him to pass up the opportunity to flaunt his fiery faculties in front of a crowd, a pursuit that has seen him working alongside some of the industry’s biggest names on stages internationally. Joseph’s passion is in sharing his enthusiasm for food & fire, helping people build confidence on their own gastronomic journey.
