House of Clermont began in 2020, when a lockdown hobby quickly developed into a passion for creating distinctive, handcrafted wall sculpture.

Drawing on 28 years of experience in the paint manufacturing industry and a lifelong eye for colour, founder Robert began experimenting with timber, form and colour combinations, eventually developing the distinctive cylindrical designs that have become a signature of House of Clermont.

In 2023, Robert left his career to pursue the business full-time and is now joined by his wife, Sarah, who plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Every piece is individually handcrafted in their Suffolk studio, combining wood, colour and metal to create contemporary three-dimensional artwork with depth, texture and architectural presence.

Alongside its established collections, House of Clermont specialises in bespoke commissions, working closely with customers to create unique colour combinations, sizes and designs tailored specifically to their homes and interiors.
