Getting there

Train & Tube
Olympia London is the only venue in London with a dedicated rail station - Kensington (Olympia). It's served by the London Overground and national rail networks. A further five Underground lines are connected; only a short walk away, so everyone can arrive together.
London Overground
Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. Change onto the Overground from Shepherd's Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line) for just 1 stop to Olympia. Alternatively it’s just 3 stops (10 mins) travelling on the Overground from Clapham junction (Platform 1), where you can change from National rail services from the South East/West.
National Rail
Trains towards Milton Keynes from Platform 16 at Clapham Junction stop at Kensington (Olympia) and the journey takes just 10 minutes. For more frequent trains to Olympia use the London Overground at Platform 2 towards Willesden Junction. Travelling in a group of three or more? Use GroupSave and get 1/3 off your rail fares!
Central Line
Change at Shepherd's Bush for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).
District Line
Change at West Brompton for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia). There is also a limited service from Earls Court on weekends. Please check before you travel.

Shuttle Bus
There will be an 8-bus-per-hour service from Earl’s Court to Olympia on weekdays between 0800-1900, except on Thursdays, when it will run until 2100 and on bank holidays. You can pick up the shuttle bus from Warwick Road.

FAQs
I have booked a ticket but would like to change to a different day, how can I do that?
You can do this by contacting See Tickets here. If you would like to change your ticket from a weekday to weekend you will be charged the difference in ticket fee. Please note all tickets are sold as non-refundable.
My booking confirmation says I need to print my tickets. Can I show this on my smart phone when I arrive at the show?
Yes, event e-tickets can be shown on your smart phone when you arrive at the show.
I’ve lost my confirmation email so can’t download my tickets, what can I do?
Please head to: https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice and they will be able to assist you.
Is the event suitable for disabled visitors?
Olympia London is suitable for disabled visitors. Visitors who are registered as disabled who purchase a ticket can bring along a carer to the show free of charge. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is an Olympia London cloakroom located at the front of the event, in the corner of the hall. All details/charges for the cloakroom can be found here.
Are there cash point facilities at the Ideal Home Show?
Cash point facilities are available at the entrance of the hall; however, they are subject to transaction charges.
Can I return anything I buy at the Ideal Home Show?
Individual stall holders are entirely responsible for anything that they sell at the Ideal Home Show We would recommend ensuring you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues. Ideal Home Show cannot be held responsible for any problems concerning products bought at the show from third-party companies.
I forgot to add a free child ticket onto my order can I still get this?
Yes, please visit the box office on arrival and they will be able to issue you one.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, all details can be found on Olympia London’s site here. We advise booking in advance as parking spaces are limited.
