Co founder Dani and some friends took a Bush Rum shop tour around Dominica, the land her grandfather was born and raised in and where he returned to, once retired. They recreated the tours the elders took her on whenever the family visited the island and dug deep with the flavours! A truly inspired trip, learning about infusions and recipes that are hundreds of years old, and honouring our people dem in the process. In-between, they stopped off at Jaco Falls and finished up at Ti Kwen Glo Cho sulphur hot springs. The world needs to know!
