Rustie Lee
Rustie was born in Jamaica and made her name cooking Caribbean food as vibrant as her personality – in the 1980s she was an entertainer as well as an author and restaurant owner. She was the celebrity chef on TV-am for eight years, where her infectious laugh made her an instant hit. She is appearing in two episodes of EastEnders this spring.
