Richard Phillips
One of the judges on ITV’s Too Many Cooks, assessing members of the public’s culinary skills, Richard has also appeared on UKTV Food’s Great Food Live and Sky 1’s Taste. He is the chef/patron of Thackeray’s in Tunbridge Wells but started his award-winning career under Albert and Michel Roux at Le Gavroche in London. He also worked for the Marco Pierre White empire of restaurants and the Schrager hotel group before opening his own restaurant.
