Mike discovered a love of French rustic style cuisine when climbing and cheffing in Chamonix, where he was spotted for TV work. His TV appearances include Heaven’s Kitchen and Heaven’s Kitchen Cookbook, Saturday Kitchen, Saturday Cooks and Great Food Live. Heaven’s Kitchen is filmed at Mike’s pub/restaurant, The Pot Kiln, in Berkshire. He has a love of the outdoors and cooking wild food, his first book was Wild Flavours – Recipes from Heaven’s Kitchen (2005).
