Martin Blunos

Martin – whose parents came to the West Country from Latvia – has held 2 Michelin stars for over 15 years; he has two restaurants, Lettonie, in Bristol and Bath. A tall and distinctive figure with his blond hair, walrus moustache and wicked sense of humour, he is self taught and was selected to cook for HM The Queen during her Jubilee year. He has appeared on Great Food Live, Food Uncut, Saturday Chefs and, just lately, the BBC series Food Poker.
