Jean-Christophe Novelli

One of the best known French chefs in the UK, Jean-Christophe grew up in Arras in northern France and worked in Paris before moving to the UK in 1983. Since then he has won a string of Michelin stars and AA rosettes for restaurants such as Maison Novelli, Novelli W8 and Les Saveurs, and many awards including AA Chef of the Year. He is a frequent broadcaster; he also runs the Novelli Academy Cookery School, where he personally teaches all the courses.
