Ed Baines has worked in some of the world’s most exclusive hotels and top London restaurants, such as Bibendum and Daphne’s, before starting his own fleet of restaurants and gastropubs – his flagship restaurant is Randall & Aubin, the champagne and oyster bar in Soho. Ed has appeared on many TV programmes including Saturday Kitchen, Ready Steady Cook, Great Food Live, and The Daily Politics, on which he discussed food related topics.
