Allegra McEvedy
Allegra completed her classic Cordon Bleu training in 1991, and has since worked at Green’s, The Belvedere, The Groucho Club and The River Café in London. She is co-founder of the fast food health chain Leon. Allegra is the resident chef of the Guardian’s G2 magazine for which she is a regular feature writer; she also writes a blog for the Observer Food monthly and is a presenter on FoodRadio.com. Allegra’s manifesto is ‘the best food for the most people’.
