The Ideal Sea View Office

The focal point of the Show in 2010 is the Central Marina where Waterspace Developments have their innovative floating office moored. Take a look at the video (below) to see their prototype being launched into the water in Cardiff Bay on Christmas eve.

 
The H2Office from Waterspace is a purpose-built floating office in which to work, play & stay. The design of the Unit is extremely versatile & flexible, and can be configured for a variety of other purposes.

As an office, it is a truly inspirational place to work for 1 or 2 people in comfort. A private working area together with a 'break-out" area for more informal meetings. With an external sun deck, a kitchenette & a pull-out berth, this makes a H2Office a fantastic multi-purpose floating unit.

Marinas are particularly interested in these units as a turn-key solution to a brand new income stream, and to address potential under-utilised water and empty berths. Part of the design was to fit the units into standard marina berths.

Examples of other uses of the unit include a hospitality suite, doctors surgery, hotel room, shower/toilet block, and retail units.
