Neil Fox

Every weekday morning from 5:30am Neil Fox wakes up London with the first news, first travel, first weather and more amazing Magic music, with his More Music Breakfast Show. And he loves every minute! “Magic is a great place to work”.

For 19 years Neil has been one of the most recognisable stars on radio, not just around the London area, but right across the UK.

Following on from his award-winning Surgery shows on Capital, “Doctor” Fox went on to change the sound of Top 40 countdowns in this country on the Pepsi Chart, which dominated Sunday afternoons for a decade. He has won pretty much every award in radio including eight Sony Awards, a couple of World radio awards, and Smash Hits DJ of the year for six years running!

And for the last four years he has not been off our TV screens either, becoming a regular host of prime-time shows such as The Big Call, The Great British Test series, Discomania, and Record of the Year, as well as being a regular guest expert on numerous shows talking about the music and entertainment industries. And his role as a judge in Pop Idol led to the discovery of one of Magic’s most-played artists, Will Young.

He is also an adrenaline junkie, excellent snowboarder, golfer and tennis player, a qualified helicopter pilot (15 years), motorbike nut, and has recently got his UK motor-racing licence! He lives in Chelsea with his wife Vicky and their three children Scarlet, Jack and baby Martha.
